Alterations & Refunds

What if my suit doesn’t fit?

Don’t worry. We have you covered through our Perfect Fit Guarantee. Through our perfect fit guarantee, we will take care of any necessary alterations to ensure a perfect fit. In the rare case that your garment is not alterable we will offer a free remake.

How long does it take for a remake?

Your style advisor will replace your original item within 4-5 weeks of receiving the original item from you.

What happens to my profile measurements after my garment has been altered?

After your item has been altered, your Style Advisor will update the measurements in your profile as per the alterations on your latest garment.

Can I refund the items I purchased? Is there a time limit?

Yes all of NB Men’s items are backed by our Perfect Fit Guarantee which allows for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the order.

How do I refund an order?

Measuring Process

I’m new to NB-Men – How do I place an order?

To place an order with NB-Men, you must first meet with a Style Advisor. Your Style Advisor will not only take your measurements, but he/she will ensure that you receive premium service, and that all items ordered compliment your tastes / lifestyle.

Why can’t I order online without meeting with a Style Advisor?

NB-Men is built on the premise of perfectly fitting clothes accompanied with premium service. Our Style Advisors are trained to professionally measure all of our clients the NB way. In addition, our Style Advisors are fashion professionals who can provide insights into styles which best represent their client’s lifestyle and tastes. For these reasons, we do not allow customers that have not met partnered with an NB Style Advisor, to order online.

How can I get in contact with a Style Advisor?

Do I need to bring anything to get measured by a Style Advisor?

On your first appointment with your Style Advisor, it is strongly advised to wear your best fitting pants and shirt. If you have a blazer with which you like the fit, it is also advised to bring this to your first appointment.

What happens after my measurements are taken and an order is placed?

On your first order, after your Style Advisor has uploaded your measurements and an order has been placed, our team of master tailors will analyze your measurements and cross reference these measurements with your body type. Once this is done, your garment is hand crafted, checked by our quality control team, and shipped to your Style Advisor. Your Style Advisor will then reach out to you for your second (final) fitting.

I don’t have the same build as your models; will your suits still fit me?

NB Men suits are custom made for any individual. Whether big, small, tall, or short, our menswear is guaranteed to fit your body perfectly.

Where does NB Men ship to?

Currently we serve the Toronto market.

What are my shipping options?

No orders on custom garments are shipped - They are personally delivered to you by your Style Advisor. However, orders on ties and accessories are shipped via FedEx. Your Style Advisor will keep you informed of the tracking information associated with the package.

How do I check my order status?

To check the status of your order, please contact your Style Advisor or our Customer Service group at info@nb-men.com.

What is the timeframe for delivery on your products?

Custom suits and custom shirts are individually cut and made just for you; these items are typically delivered by your Style Advisor within 4 to 5 weeks. Accessories and ties purchased alone (without a custom suit or shirt) are shipped via FedEx within 2 weeks.

How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?

There are no shipping charges on orders with NB. We do not believe in hidden charges – The price you see on our website or presented by your Style Advisor is the final price (except for taxes).

How do I update my shipping address on an order?

Please email info@nb-men.com immediately to update or change the shipping address on an order.

Who should I contact if I have any questions?

All questions can be directed to your personal Style Advisor or to the NB Customer Service team at info@nb-men.com

I don’t normally buy suits and have questions as to what type of suit I should buy.

At NB Men we have some of best stylists in Canada. Any questions regarding style can be directed to your personal Style Advisor, and he/she will ensure your question is answered with premium menswear expertise.

Does NB Men have a retail location?

Currently NB-Men does not have a retail location. However, we do have regular pop-up shops and fitting events. If you are interested in attending one of our popup shops or fitting events, please contact your personal Style Advisor or our customer service team at info@nb-men.com.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

To make a purchase you must meet with a Style Advisor that will then support you as an account is created.

If I have product suggestions, how can I share my ideas?

Our customers are a big part of the NB-Men culture. We love to hear feedback and suggestions. All product suggestions can be forwarded to our customer design team at info@nb-men.com or shared with your personal Style Advisor.

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

Because each order is worked on soon after the order has been placed, there is a 12 hour period in which the order may be cancelled.

Payment & Security

How can I pay for an order?

NB-Men accepts all major credit cards. NB-Men does not retain or have access to any customer credit card information before, during or after any order purchase. All credit card information remains private property to the card holder at all times.

How can I trust if my credit card information is safe during or after a transaction?

NB-Men understands the importance of customer security, thus we use Moneris, an industry leader in processing credit card transactions. NB-Men does not store, nor have access to customer credit card information at any stage of the order transaction.

Customizations

How much does NB Men charge for their customizations?

At NB-Men, we believe in paying the price you see. NB-Men do not charge a penny for any customization, yet offers a wide-ranging list of customization features.

If I want a particular customization that is not included within your online catalogue, can you create a special order for me with this customization?

Any customizations outside of our catalogue can be requested to your personal Style Advisor.
